Ingredients
Filtered water, noble kava root extract (30% kavalactones), white grape juice concentrate, lemon juice concentrate, natural flavors, rowanberry extract (natural preservative), vanilla extract, orange blossom extract, ginger extract, lemon extract, and cardamom extract.
How it tastes
Kava Haven is citrus-forward with a subtle bitterness, warming ginger spice, and a clean, botanical finish. It’s intentionally complex and designed to be mixed—similar to a clear spirit like vodka or tequila.

How it feels
Kava is one of the most well-studied plant-based alternatives to alcohol and is known for promoting relaxation and a sense of calm without dulling your mind. Many people describe feeling more at ease in their body while staying clear, present, and social. These effects come from naturally occurring compounds called kavalactones, which support relaxation pathways in the brain.
Kava also has a reverse tolerance, meaning some people feel its relaxation right away, while others notice it more over a few sessions. This is normal. Think of it like hearing a new accent — at first it may feel unfamiliar, but the more you hear it, the easier it is to understand. Your body works the same way with kava.

It delivers that perfect sense of calm and relaxation without the morning brain fog or regret.
