I genuinely can say this product has helped me stay sober so far.
With my toxic habit, I didn’t care if it tasted like pure gasoline - I just chased the mind numbing buzz because of my depression/anxiety. And unfortunately I can’t smoke herbs due to my job.
However, this is the first product I’ve tried that provides a euphoric relaxation feeling similar to the 3-7 swigs or 2 hits (but I’m also not sipping at it, I’m taking big chugs at a time - only need about 1-3 to get the buzz going) If you drink this on an empty stomach, it tends to kick in faster.
Now I ordered kava haven directly from the website - not on amazon. So I’m not sure if there’s been issues with this as a knockoff but the brand itself has helped me a ton.
As far as taste goes, as a former drinker, this is MILD to me lol but anyone who prefers the “sweeter” taste of things, probably won’t like it. I like the tongue numb and ginger burn; it tricks my brain into thinking it’s the real thing. But that’s just me.
Plus I read somewhere ginger helps with detox, so that’s a bonus.
Only drink in the evening though, maybe couple hours before bed to get the best results cause you’ll feel energetic and then you get RELAXED lol
If you were desperate like me to change your life for the better and kick the habit for good, this isn’t your magic cure, but it’s a healthier head start.

Really enjoying this as an alternative to spirits! We'll have it plain on the rocks, or with sparkling water like Spindrift. Feels like a mellow chill effect that's great for socializing or winding down at home.

I've cut way, way back on drinking alcohol, much of it thanks to Kava Haven. I enjoy the flavor and the relaxation it brings very much!

i love this thing, i used it as a alc-substitute in a mixed drink and i already want to buy another bottle so I'm not out when i finish this one. Put me to sleep too lol
