I don't drink alcohol very frequently these days, But I am trying to get better at self-care and making time for myself. This is a great addition every now and then to your evening wind down routine. It has a mellow lemon sort of taste, and you can feel a slight tingle on the tongue before the relaxation kicks in. I do like the suggestion on the website of mixing it with grapefruit soda! This will not have you feeling drunk or anything like that, just chill while you sit there with your face mask and a book or whatever. I love it!
