I mix a shot or two with a recess mood drink to make a little mocktail. I drink two of these and I feel very relaxed and ready for bed. It calms my mind, tastes great and helps me sleep well. I probably have one or two mocktails 3-4 days of the week!
This is the best non-alcoholic drink. I do one shot of Kava Haven and the juice of one lime, one big ice cube and ginger beer to the top of the glass. Delicious and spicy.
At the end of the day, I mix KH with sparkling water and ice, turn on some tunes and transition into the evening. It’s a subtle, relaxing way to integrate the events of the day, while creating a clear, grounded foundation for tomorrow. I love this stuff!
