Returns

We accept returns for a period of 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure that the item is free from any damage, dirt, or signs of wear and tear.

Free Return Shipping

At Kava Haven, we believe in offering our customers a convenient and cost-free return process. Therefore, we provide free return shipping for all eligible returns. Please contact our customer service team at kavahaven@gmail.com to initiate a return and receive a prepaid return shipping label.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. You can return items to us without incurring any additional costs.

Exclusions

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition

Refunds
