Eases my Mind

I just started getting into Kava as an alternative to alcohol, as I enjoy the way alcohol brings me down after a long day but don’t want the negative side effects. I previously tested multiple different Kava brands and none of them seemed to give me the edge I was looking for. I chose Kava Haven intentionally, as I had seen ads everywhere for it. I also had previously taken a Kava Haven shot and loved the tingly/numbing sensation on my tongue. After my first glass (doubled serving for extra strength), I noticed I felt more calm. I tend to be anxious, and my thoughts were empty. I still felt present in the moment but just lighter. Now, I wouldn’t say this compares to the buzz you get from drinking, but it’s better than nothing and still feels good. They say Kava has reverse tolerance, meaning it takes less overtime to feel it, which I am hoping will save me money since I won’t have to restock as much. Lastly, I also tend to take a CBD gummy or drink a CBD beverage (no THC) for an extra calm.

It was alright…

The product really was not all that great…
I normally use feel free shots and look for products that will give me the same feeling as that. It did not. Ultimately I felt like I wasted my money because Feel Free has been the only product to actually work.

Thanks for giving Kava Haven a try — and for sharing your experience. We totally get where you're coming from.

Just to clarify: Feel Free contains kratom, which is a completely different active ingredient than what we use. Kava Haven is made with pure noble kava, which offers a more mild, relaxing effect — less stimulating or euphoric than kratom-based products, but also with a much lower risk of dependency or adverse side effects.

Kava also has something called reverse tolerance, meaning it can take a few uses before your body fully responds to it. Many customers report the effects building with consistent use — especially over 2–3 sessions.

Appreciate you giving it a shot, and if you decide to revisit it, we’d be happy to offer suggestions on how to get the most from the experience.
